Condor | 7 Person Stainless Steel Hybrid Hot Tub

The Condor gives you complete control over how you heat your water by utilizing two independent heating sources:

• The Wood Burner: An ultra-efficient, integrated marine-grade stainless steel furnace. When you light a fire, it draws cold water from the bottom of the tub, heats it inside a sealed chamber surrounding the firebox, and returns hot water to the top via natural convection (thermo-siphoning). This does the heavy lifting, heating the full water volume (approx. 2,000 litres) rapidly at a fraction of the cost of electricity.
• The Electric Heater: A built-in smart 3kW spa element managed by an onboard digital thermostat or your smartphone app. Once the wood fire brings the tub up to temperature, the electric system simply sips power to maintain your exact target temperature (e.g., 38°C) all week long, while simultaneously running automated filtration and freeze-protection cycles.

Condor measures 2.1 m in diameter and is available in 1 m or 1.2 m height. Confirm your selected configuration when planning access, delivery and the supporting base. The specification section lists approximate weights and water capacities for both heights.

Condor seats 7 adults comfortably. It is designed for large families, regular entertaining and premium outdoor spaces.

Yes. Condor’s hybrid system can use the wood-fired internal furnace, electric heat or both. Electric heating is useful for maintaining a ready temperature, while wood fire adds atmosphere and can help build heat faster.

Because Condor holds approximately 2,000 litres of water, heating times depend on your starting water temperature, weather, cover use and firewood quality.

Using the Wood Burner:
From a cold start, a well-stoked hardwood fire will bring the tub to a comfortable soaking temperature in several hours, depending on starting water temperature, weather, cover use and firewood quality.

Using Electric Only:
The 3 kW electric heater is designed primarily for continuous temperature maintenance and automated heat retention. Heating from cold using electric power alone is slower and best suited to topping up or maintaining temperature rather than rapid initial heating.

Unlike plastic, vinyl, or acrylic spas, the Condor’s optional 316 marine-grade stainless steel interior is smooth, non-porous, and naturally hygienic. This makes it incredibly easy to wipe clean and highly resistant to bacterial buildup.

• Sanitation: Thanks to the integrated high-output Ozone Purification System and continuous cartridge filtration, your reliance on heavy harsh chemicals is drastically reduced.
• Chemical Care: You should maintain a standard balanced water environment with a pH between 7.2 and 7.6. Because 316 stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion, you can safely use minimal amounts of standard water sanitizers. However, avoid excessive over-chlorination or bromine, as extreme chemical spikes can eventually damage any metal surface over a prolonged lifetime.

Filtration and ozone help manage debris and water quality between uses. They do not replace an appropriate residual sanitiser, regular water testing or filter cleaning. Follow the water-care instructions and the treatment product directions for your selected model.

There is no fixed water-change interval for every household. Usage, water-test results, treatment and filter maintenance determine when water needs replacing. Water clarity alone does not establish that it is safe to use.

Condor requires a site-specific structural assessment before installation on a timber deck. Estimated tub-plus-water weight is approximately 2,430 kg for the 1 m model and 2,920 kg for the 1.2 m model, excluding occupants. As an illustration, seven occupants at 75 kg each add 525 kg, bringing those totals to approximately 2,955 kg and 3,445 kg respectively. Actual loading depends on fill level, configuration and occupant weights. These are planning estimates, not structural design loads; a qualified professional must confirm the supporting structure and any required reinforcement.
