Born in the Andes . Built for Australia

The ritual began in Chile. Holidays spent heading south into the mountains, fishing, trekking, and ending long days around wood fired hot tubs beneath open skies. Andes was created to bring that exact outdoor reset to Australian properties.

Most conventional setups are designed to fail quietly. Vinyl punctures. Acrylic cracks. Unlined timber warps and rots. They are temporary appliances built around replacement cycles.

Andes was built to remain.

By grounding every tub in a structural stainless steel core and wrapping it in sustainably sourced cedar, we turned a memory into permanent outdoor architecture. Not a showroom product. Not a seasonal appliance. A hot tub that stays with your property for decades.

Why Stainless Steel Hot Tubs?

Three women enjoying a hot tub outdoors on a sunny day.

Structural Stainless Steel

Non-porous. UV resistant. Permanently structural under normal conditions. The only material that genuinely supports a 50-year warranty. The only material Andes uses.

Old Spa — Black & White

Acrylic and Vinyl

UV fades the surface. Thermal cycling cracks the shell. Vinyl liners puncture and degrade. The industry refers to their usable life in years. We think that says everything.

Leaking Cedar Hot Tub

Unlined Timber

A beautiful aesthetic with a structural vulnerability. Timber expands, contracts, and absorbs moisture. The maintenance commitment rarely matches the purchase promise.

Why Australians Choose Andes Hot Tubs

We originally bought the tub for ourselves, but it ended up becoming the centre of every weekend gathering. Friends stay longer. The kids use it constantly. Even in winter we're outside more than ever.

The cedar finish is gorgeous, and the stainless steel holds up beautifully. We've used wood-fired for weekend adventures and hybrid for daily relaxation. Truly reinvented hot tubs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most regular spas are built as sealed appliances — acrylic shells, pumps, and components designed around replacement cycles and indoor-style maintenance.

Andes is built as permanent outdoor architecture.

A structural stainless steel core gives it long-term durability and hygiene, while certified cedar brings natural warmth to the exterior. More importantly, it’s designed around two ways of living with water: traditional fire heating for ritual, or Hybrid control for temperature, jets, filtration, and convenience.

It’s not designed to be upgraded or replaced.

It’s designed to become part of the property.

Wood-fired models are simple to position in your chosen space, while hybrid models require a licensed electrician to connect the unit through a 15amp power supply. We guide you through the setup process so it feels clear from start to first soak.

The tubs arrive pre-assembled, with delivery and placement coordinated according to site access and the model selected.

Water care depends on usage, filtration, and treatment routine, but Andes provides owners with clear maintenance guidance for ongoing care.

It can be, provided the structure is suitable for the size, weight, and filled load of the selected model, and this should always be confirmed before installation.
